Shipping policy
We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. We start processing your orders after confiming them on whatsapp. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirming orders on whatsapp. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Pre-order items are delivered within 5-10 business days.
Delivery Method: The courier will deliver your order directly to your doorstep.
Opening Shipments: At the time of delivery, you may check your order while the courier waits (for up to 5 minutes). If you're not satisfied, you can return the item(s) immediately to the courier.
Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order is not received after the second attempt, it will be automatically considered a return and be sent back to us. In such cases, shipping fees will still apply.
Complete Order Return Policy: According to the policy of our shipping partner Bosta, orders must be either accepted in full or returned in full. Partial returns are not allowed.
